Return/Refund Policies
Effective as of March 1, 2020
All items MUST be returned in accordance with the below return policies. Items are not eligible for return unless item is received materially different from the listing and/or is damaged or listed in “As-is condition”. Items that have been shipped to a third party, PO Box or forwarding service are not eligible for return.

We at Perris & Hemet Pawn want you to feel secure with your transactions. Our goal is to present helpful, accurate and detailed information to the best of our knowledge about every item we sell. If the item you purchased does not match the description please contact us via message. All sales are final. Returns are accepted for 7 days after receiving the item. Item must be sent back in the same condition as received. If the item is not in the same condition no refund will be applied.
All accepted returns will have a 7% restocking fee applied from the total purchased price and the buyer will pay for the return shipping expense. If the item(s) is damaged or defective, no restocking fee will be applied and the buyer will not be reliable for the return shipping expense.
